opponent’s territory

Volleyball is played between two teams of six players each, separated by a net. The objective is to ground the ball on the opponent’s side while preventing it from touching one’s own court. Points are scored when the ball lands in the opponent’s territory, the opposing team commits a fault, or fails to return the ball properly.
